Groundworks
Groundworks is the foundation of everything that follows. We prepare sites of every size, from a single domestic extension to a full commercial plot, so the build above ground stands on properly engineered ground below it.
About this service
With over twenty years of combined experience across Belfast and County Antrim, our team handles site clearance, bulk and detailed excavation, muck-away, levelling and compaction. We read the ground carefully, work to the drawings, and leave a clean, accurate platform ready for foundations, slabs or services.
We bring our own plant and operators, which keeps programmes tight and costs predictable. Whether the job calls for a mini-digger in a tight back garden or larger machines on an open site, we scale the equipment to suit the access and the task. No job is too small.
