Utility Installation
Getting water and power onto a site is specialist work. We install new utility connections and service infrastructure for domestic, commercial and industrial projects: coordinated, ducted and ready for the connecting authority.
About this service
Hill Utilities was built on utility work, and it remains at the core of what we do. We excavate and lay water mains and service pipes, install electrical ducting, and prepare clean, correctly bedded trenches for the supply authorities to connect. Everything is set to the right depths, marked and backfilled properly.
We coordinate carefully with NI Water, electricity providers and other contractors so connections land on programme and reinstatement is tidy. From a single new-build connection to multi-plot service infrastructure, the work is done methodically and to standard.
